One-day trip

A trip is always a good reason to be happy and excited about! For most children, field trips have an important educational side, where they have the chance to discover a bunch of interesting new things. Apart from the educational side that is maybe even more important for an underprivileged child, it is also a means to escape, at least for a day, from their daily struggle. A field trip is something that you usually remember for the rest of your life and it means even more for the underprivileged, since for many of the kids at Save the Children Iași, this could be their first time out of the harsh environment they live in everyday. Concomitantly, such a trip offers the opportunity to make new friends, rouses the curiosity to learn and know more and ignites the adventurous and creative spirit in each child.
